Glyph LED watch looks cryptic, is actually easy! (update)

Tokyoflash Japan

Design submitted by Justin from the UK.

Justin says: This is a re-imagining of BorderLine, a concept of my own creation. The method of telling the hours was well received and some felt that it was a shame that the minutes were robbed of this unique method.

So it has been reborn as…Glyph.

    Hey Justin,

I really like your design for the Glyph watch. In fact I created a watch face for my Pebble smart watch based on the Glyph LED arrangement in your watch. Of course I also added some additional features, such as weather display icons, date, battery status, etc.

I don’t know if any other Pebble owners would be interested in the Glyph Watchface I wrote, but possibly. But I didn’t want to just publish it to the world (via the Pebble App “store”) without asking for your permission as it is based on your design. So what do you think about the idea?

    Thanks,
    Ken

    • Hi ken…

Thanks for taking an interest in my watch design. Id be honoured if you would publish it as i dont think tokyoflash are going to be creating any new watches from the blog any time soon. If you could send me the link for the watchface download and/or tell me the name of it when it is uploaded so i can check it out for myself then id be chuffed to bits.

Ps. Thank you so much for asking permission to publish, your gentlemanly nature is duly noted my good man.

      Thanks…justin.
